Andrew Belnap is an assistant professor of accounting at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. His research focuses on a wide range of tax issues, including tax enforcement and tax disclosures made by public corporations. He’s an expert on U.S. tax law and has conducted research with the IRS and the Texas Comptroller’s Office.
